A Go Forward Subscription continuously monitors your mailboxes and captures new contacts going forward, billed monthly or annually. A History Scan is a one-time look back at the emails and meetings already in your mailbox (up to 10 years). They're separate purchases — buy either one, or both.

Yes. A History Scan can be purchased on its own as a one-time charge per mailbox — just tick "I only need a one-time scan" in the configurator above. You can also subscribe without ever running a scan, or do both.

A mailbox is a single email account (for example, one Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace inbox) — typically one per customer-facing person. Each plan includes a set number of mailboxes, and you can add more at the per-mailbox rate shown above. History Scans are priced per mailbox scanned.

Syncing to a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) and relationship intelligence are Professional-tier features, so selecting either of those goals moves the recommendation to Professional. We always suggest the lowest-cost plan that covers everything you selected.

Yes — every subscription plan starts with a free trial and no credit card is required. Most people find hundreds of new contacts in their first trial.

Annual billing is paid once a year at a lower effective monthly rate; monthly billing is paid month to month. Both options are available on every subscription plan — the prices shown here reflect annual billing.

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or add mailboxes at any time as your team grows. Additional mailboxes are billed at the per-mailbox rate for your plan.

Yes. SigParser is built with security first, including SOC 2 practices, GDPR compliance, and encryption. Enterprise customers can also run an on-premise parsing engine. See our Security Overview for details.
